Thank you for supporting Shamali’s Delicious Dishes ❤️ Ingredients 4 cleaned sardines Chili powder — ½ to 1½ tsp Black pepper — ½ to ¾ tsp Coriander powder — 1 to 2 tsp Turmeric — ¼ to ½ tsp Garam masala — ½ to ¾ tsp Salt to taste Oil for marinating — ½ to 1 tsp Oil for frying — 3 to 4 tbsp 2 sprigs curry leaves (optional) 1 tbsp chopped garlic Lemon or lime — to taste 🔥 Instructions Step 1: Clean the fish. Step 2: Add all spices, salt, and a little oil to the fish. Mix well and marinate for 10–20 minutes. Step 3: Heat oil on medium-low heat. Fry the fish on both sides until golden. Step 4: Remove the fish from the pan. Step 5: In the same pan, fry the chopped garlic. Add lemon juice to taste. Step 6: Pour the garlic mixture over the fried fish. Serve with rice. Enjoy 😉
