I'll talk about different categories of jobs: in some cases a second degree is absolutely needed, while in other cases a certification, or course will do. Then there are jobs/careers where there is no hard rule about whether a degree is needed or not. I will offer some insights as to when it makes sense to get a second bachelor's degree. I'll also share about my personal experience changing careers from banking to filmmaking, and my consideration in whether or not to get another bachelor's degree.
