You can fly this copter down to 2.25 V if you use the Pololu 5V regulator for the VTX and camera. I tried to reduce the video noise by putting the receiver below the flight controller and using a voltage regulator and it works, but there is still a bit of noise when the RECEIVER uses more than 25 mW. It looks pretty good/clean on 25 mW (receiver) and 600 mW (VTX).
