Mike Johnson, Country Music's No.1 Black Yodeler, inherited both of his parents artistic abilities. He began writing and illustrating his own stories and novels in grade and high school. Presented here are some of his early works in watercolor, pen & Ink, pencil, crayon, and oil. Mike works from his imagination and memory, as he dislikes copying what someone else has already done. Over the years he has expanded his artistic ability to graphic works for his book and music album covers, posters, flyers, and photography. The background music for this slide show is "Let's Take It Easy" written by Mike Johnson and performed by Thanh Bui. It is available on a Roughshod Records' CD Single with Bui's interpretation of Mike's 1994 radio hit, "Did You Hug Your Mother Today?"
