Cut and lengthen your clutch arm lever to give you a better clutch friction zone and make the clutch easier to pull in. I did this in an afternoon, most of which was spent on waiting for paint to dry. To adjust the clutch, with bike off and in gear: pull in clutch and you should be able to move the bike. let clutch out and the bike should not be able to be moved. If clutch doesn't engage (it can be pushed with lever out) move the sheath towards the clutch lever you just modified. If bike can't move with lever pulled, move the sheath away from the lever. That's the basics. Now fire up the bike and see when the clutch engages and if it is slipping, repeat the adjustments as needed. For a final test, take the bike and at top gear, punch it, the RPMs should rise and speed should increase. If slipping is still occurring, you will see the RPMs climb and the bike won't speed up. If not, you're riding an adjusted bike so go have some fun on a fat Kaw.
