Our trusty WVU Extension Today host, Zack Harold, is here to guide us through the world of West Virginia-made popcorn, maple syrup production and beyond. We'll start our adventure at Mountain Ears Popcorn, where Leslie and Joe Owen tell us all about their operation and show us their secret to the making the best popcorn. Next, our very own WVU Extension Agricultural Economics Specialist Dee Singh-Knights gives us some information about the upcoming Mountain State Maple Days. Before we steer away from all things maple, WVU Extension Forest Resources Specialist Dave McGill will give us some pointers on identifying maple trees.
