Recorded at the Research-for-Policy Conference 2025 MoLI – Museum of Literature Ireland, Dublin | 11 November 2025 This one-day conference is a collaboration between the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science; the UCD Policy Interface; and the Social Sciences Institute at Maynooth University. Focused on the theme “co-creating a stronger research-for-policy ecosystem in Ireland”, the event explores how national and international partners can work together to strengthen evidence pathways into policymaking. Through keynote talks, panel discussions and sectoral perspectives, the conference aims to promote collaboration, support system-wide coordination, and contribute to a shared vision for a more inclusive and effective research-policy interface. ***Note we had conectivity issues at the venue causing us to lose picture and some sound quality issues about half way through, though it does return after about 15 mins.
