The Teeter Fitspine X2 is the first inversion table I have ever tried or reviewed. If you are also new to inversion tables you can probably expect a reasonably similar experience. The Teeter Fitspine X2 had great reviews online so I thought I would give it a shot for neck pain. Working from home spending most of the day hunched over a laptop computer is starting to take it's toll. In all honesty it didn't seem to help much but that could be because I wasn't able to hang inverted long enough for it to work. The hanging experience was quite painful on my ankles due in no small part to my body weight. I feel like most people who need to hang upside down for back pain are probably in the same boat so pay close attention to how the device secures your ankles. The Teeter Fitspine X2 is well built, easy to use and easy to assemble (once you get through the 6 or so pages describing how to put in 6 bolts). Here are the features from the website where I bought it with brief commentary: FlexTech bed with suspension system maximizes comfort (aka a slab of plastic) Extended ankle lock handle for easy securing (is very easy to use) Acupressure nodes and lumbar bridge accessories (worthless) Patented pivot system for smooth, responsive rotation (very smooth and responsive) Traction handles and large StretchMax handles (love that this is a feature. thank you for the handles) Hope you found this review useful. Thank you for watching!
