Earlier this year i travelled with all the boys to Thailand, where I stayed from mid of December till beginning of January. Gino arrived just a couple of days after New Year and i had to go back finish my studys already on 6th of January, anyways we managed to film in one day a bunch of clips... 3 months later i came back to Phuket to stay all April at International Wakepark... the boys Sam, Bene and Gino were still there riding & filming all day everyday so the vibe was good and i was stoked to be back in Thailand to go full send! ... we were riding, having the best time at our favorite beach bar "Freedom Bar" and partying hard. As we were enjoying our time so well the time just flew by and there were only few days left before leaving back home to Germany... We realized that we haven't filmed anything yet all month long which we could use to finish the Edit... The weather got worse from day to day cause the rain season was about to start and we got even less motivated to finish of the edit. No blue sky means no motivated filmer haha, but my Girlfriend Janna kept telling and pushing Gino and Me to go out and just film a couple clips... but we didn't haha. The morning after we celebrated Janna's birthday, Gino was like ,, ey it's not sunny or blue outside but the grey sky is looking so different than normally, let's go film Chris! NOW!" We went straight to the water without having actually any plan what to film... Gino was like ,,just do a Roll Blind with Stalefish, i can imagine it looking good from this angle" ... did it a few times and turned out to be a pretty good shot and from there on we got back in our flow and stacked a couple of more clips. Now we are back in Germany super stoked to finally have found time to edit the Video and share it with you guys! Thanks to International Wakepark for having and giving me the opportunity to push my riding all winter long ... thanks Slingshot, Slingshot Germany & Stax Unlimited for the support all year long! Loads of love to my boys Sam, Gino, Timo, Bene, my girlfriend Janna and all the others who make these trips so unforgettable. & Gino, thank you for filming with such commitment! Nothing feels better than stomping the hardest tricks i can imagine myself and knowing someone is capturing them in the best looking way!
