Dear music video directors, I'll come to you anywhere in Canada even if I have to hitchhike or rent a car... I want you to help me make my music video idea come to life. I have it scribbled down on paper and I would love to make it into a real life video. The Selkyrk song Baby Daddy Superstar, I want to turn into a music video. Here's 2 of my ideas... ©Selkyrk2021 We get a bunch of baby daddies and they mouth the chorus of Baby Daddy Superstar... the original song length is 4:35. idea 1... 275 seconds music video feature. 65 seconds of Selkyrk all clean shaven and dressed dancing on mars in front of a mansion. (Hence the greenscreen HD and 7 days of no carbohydrates from me before the shoot.) And then 210 seconds... 7 seconds per different baby daddy taking care of their sons and daughters ranging from... one baby dad teaches his son tee-ball and gets hit with a baseball bat in the nuts waving at a pretty woman... to one baby daddy changing a diaper... to one baby daddy teaching his daughter to ride a bike.... And when the chorus is playing... the baby daddies look into the camera singing the chorus with a serious look on their face as if they're faces are saying "I'm here to take care of my baby. I'm a Baby Daddy Superstar." Idea 2... Similar idea, only instead of me on Mars in front of a mansion... I'm in the front stage angle of the camera while each 7 seconds switches to a new baby daddy doing baby daddy things like teaching their daughters to fly a kite, pushing a stroller with twins, or putting a band aide on a scraped knee... We can get around 40 baby daddies raising their babies at 7 seconds duration per baby daddy and that would equal around 275 seconds. (280 seconds) But yes... If anyone of you wants to do this million dollar idea with me, yes please, you get the ball rolling and I'll put down the french fries and I'll be ready to shoot a music video with you in February, March, April or May and we can release the music video on Fathers Day in June. Please God one of you give me the chance and lets create this music video that is meant to be. Selkyrk1@gmail.com PS. if you're a new winnipeg film director and if you think you can organize finding 40 different baby daddies to do 7 second scenes where they sing the song Baby Daddy Superstar while they do some parenting... then lets go for it... (Well the baby daddies sing the chorus. While I'd mouth the lyrics for the verse.. either in my mansion on Mars.... or in the scene with each baby daddy being a good dady. Noteworthy: I got the idea for this because my 1st of 3 baby mothers doesn't let me see my son. I miss my baby boy and I know a music video like this... if I could make this music video and dedicate the music video to him I know it would be worth it. The song is dedicated to my 3 baby mothers. I'm uploading the album Win, Fail & Win today that I made by myself from start to finish. We can remaster a version of Baby Daddy Superstar for the music video if we have to and split the rights to the music video 50/50.
