Joshua Cutchin joins us once more to discuss his newest book Fourth Wall Phantoms, where narratology meets the occult. Josh explains how supernatural phenomena borrow from our media and reflect it back at us: They appear as pop culture figures or what he calls fictional incursions – a transgression of boundaries between worlds, also known as metalepsis.
