About Video : JSSC CGL पेपर लीक पर CID ने क्या माना? क्या सफल अभ्यर्थियों की बढ़ सकती है चिंता?Jharkhandnews झारखंड के बहुचर्चित जेएसएससी सीजीएल कथित पेपर लीक कांड में आरोपी कौशलेश कुमार की जमानत याचिका सीआईडी कोर्ट ने खारिज कर दी. आरोपी कौशलेश कुमार 28 मार्च 2025 से ही न्यायिक हिरासत में है.गौरतलब है कि 21 और 22 सितंबर 2024 को आयोजित की गई जेएसएससी-सीजीएल परीक्षा में पेपर लीक के आरोप लगे थे. इस मामले में रांची के लालपुर स्थित कैरियर फाउंडेंशन कोचिंग सेंटर के शिक्षक राजेश प्रसाद की लिखित सूचना पर रातू थाने में भारतीय न्याय संहिता की धारा 316 (2), 318 (2), 318 (4) और 61 (2) के अलावा झारखंड प्रतियोगी परीक्षा (भर्ती में अनुचित साधनों की रोकथाम और निवारण) अधिनियम-2023 की धारा 12 (2), 12 (3) के तहत केस दर्ज किया गया था. इसी केस में कौशलेश कुमार की गिरफ्तारी की गयी थी.अभियोजन पक्ष ने जमानत के खिलाफ क्या दलील दी!आज सीआईडी कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान अभियोजन पक्ष ने आरोपी कौशलेश कुमार की जमानत याचिका का विरोध करते हुए दलील दी कि सितंबर 2024 में आयोजित सीजीएल परीक्षा शुरू होने से पहले ही प्रश्नपत्र कई केंद्रों से लीक कर दिए गए थे. धनबाद, हजारीबाग और बलियापुर केंद्रों से तस्वीरें व वीडियो सामने आए, जिनमें अभ्यर्थियों को मोबाइल पर बातचीत करते और कागज़ पर उत्तर लिखते देखा गया. यहां तक कि कुछ जगहों पर फटे हुए कागज़ों पर प्रश्नों के उत्तर मिले, जो परीक्षा के प्रश्नपत्र से मेल खाते थे. The prosecution has argued that the investigation also revealed that Rs 30 lakh each was collected from the candidates. Out of this, Rs 10 lakh used to go to the main accused Sandeep Tripathi alias Shashi Bhushan Dixit and his associates, while Rs 20 lakh was to be given to Kaushalesh Kumar and other associates.The defense called Kaushalesh a victim of conspiracy During the hearing, the counsel for the petitioner argued that Kaushalesh Kumar is innocent and has been falsely implicated. His name is not registered in the FIR, nor has any objectionable item been recovered from him. The defense alleged that the police extracted a confession from Kaushalesh Kumar by putting pressure on him. The defense also argued that their client Kaushalesh Kumar is the only earning member of the family and he has no criminal history. On this basis, he should be granted bail. Meanwhile, the CID public prosecutor opposed the bail and said that the accused has direct involvement and he has been active in the paper leak racket. Citing the case diary and the confession of the co-accused, the court admitted that Kaushalesh Kumar's involvement is clear.
