Hi friends, Today, I will share how I make scones the easy way. Ingredients: 200 grams of all purpose flour or 150 grams of bread flour and 50 grams of cake flour 6 grams of baking powder 80 grams of butter *30 grams of sugar *pinch of salt if needed for the wet mixture- 1 egg-beaten 15 grams of yogurt 15 grams of milk *and you will need extra flour for the cutting board and extra milk for ‘washing the scone’ (brushing the scone with milk) *Disclaimer- I am NOT a professional cook or patisserie, but I love scone and I have been searching / comparing the scones, so this is my way of making easy scones.
