#uttarpradesh #prayagraj #AtiqAhmed #AsadAhmed #ashrafahmed #UpPolice #encounter #atiqmurder #atiqmurdervideo #umeshpalcase #UPSTF #hindinewsvideo #hindinews #Hindinewslive #abpnews #latestnews #abpnewslive प्रयागराज (Prayagraj) में अतीक अहमद (Atiq Ahmed) और अशरफ अहमद (Ashraf Ahmed) की सरेआम हत्या के बाद अब यूपी गृह विभाग ने मामले की विस्तार से जांच के लिए न्यायिक आयोग का गठन किया है. यह तीन सदस्यीय न्यायिक आयोग 2 महीने में मामले की जांच कर रिपोर्ट शासन को सौंपेगा. बता दें कि गृह विभाग ने कमीशन ऑफ़ इनक्वायरी एक्ट 1952 के तहत इस न्यायिक आयोग को गठित किया है. इसके लिए गृह विभाग द्वारा औपचारिक आदेश भी निर्गत किए गये हैं.यह तीन सदस्यीय न्यायिक आयोग दो महीने के भीतर ही पूरे प्रकरण की जांच कर रिपोर्ट शासन को सौंपेगा. यूपी गृह विभाग द्वारा बनाए गए तीन सदस्यीय आयोग में इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट के सेवानिवृत्त जज अरविंद कुमार त्रिपाठी के नेतृत्व में कार्य करेगा. सेवानिवृत्त डीजीपी सुबेश कुमार सिंह और सेवानिवृत्त जिला न्यायाधीश बृजेश कुमार सोनी अन्य दो सदस्य होंगे. गृह विभाग द्वारा कमीशन ऑफ़ इनक्वायरी एक्ट 1952 पूरे मामले की विस्तृत जांच करेगा. बता दें कि उमेश पाल हत्याकांड के आरोपी माफिया डॉन अतीक अहमद और उसके भाई अशरफ की हत्या शनिवार देर रात हो गई थी. इस हत्याकांड के आरोपियों को घटनास्थल से ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया था. पुलिस ने तीनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है. इस दौरान आरोपियों ने कहा कि हम लोग अतीक-अशरफ गैंग का सफाया करना चाहते थे, जिससे पूरे प्रदेश में हमारा नाम होता. साथ ही आरोपियों ने कहा कि हम लोग कई दिनों से अतीक अहमद को मारने की फिराक में थे. लेकिन सही समय या मौका नहीं मिला पा रहा था. साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि अतीक अहमद और अशरफ के पुलिस रिमांड की सूचना जब से हमें मिली थी तब से हम लोग मीडियाकर्मी बनकर यहां की स्थानीय मीडिया कर्मियों की भीड़ में रह रहे थे.
