3rd Alarm Fire Destroys San Bernardino Commercial Building

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 1/13/25 11:11 PM LOCATION: G st x Congress AREA/CITY: San Bernardino DETAILS: On January 13th, 2025, at about 11:11 PM, San Bernardino County Fire responded to a reported commercial structure fire near G Street and Congress Street in San Bernardino. Units arrived at the scene of a small outside fire that quickly extended into a commercial structure. The fire quickly spread the entire building, forcing firefighters off the roof and taking a defensive posture. The fire has spread to at least one of the surrounding commercial buildings. A 3rd alarm was requested. The cause of the fire is under investigation. An excavator and bulldozer were requested to assist in overhauling the fire.
