Making HEAVY DUTY Adjustable Pin Spanners! | Shop Made Tools

We’re making new shop tooling to make our hydraulic cylinder repairs more efficient! These heavy-duty adjustable pin spanners will save us heaps of time by eliminating the need to make one-off spanners for every job. We start with laser-cut high tensile plate and take it through the full machining process—milling, drilling, and tapping—to ensure precision and durability. Then we use our lathe to machine up the pins from high tensile bolts, making them easy to replace if damaged. We’re really happy with how these turned out—solid, reliable, and ready for some serious work in the shop! Let us know what you think in the comments.
