This body-based meditation is designed to help you gently release emotional attachment, obsessive thinking, and lingering emotional bonds to a person, relationship, or past experience. Rather than using toxic positivity or affirmations, this meditation takes a shadow-aware, nervous-system-safe approach, allowing emotions to be acknowledged and released at their own pace.
