You’ll find the full list of ingredients and steps below. 🥣 Ingredients (for 10 cookies) • 175 g all-purpose flour • ½ tsp baking powder • 150 g unsalted butter • 130 g brown sugar • 30 g cocoa powder • ⅓ tsp fine sea salt • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) • 150 g dark chocolate chunks • 150–200 g pistachio cream (for filling) How to Make It Scoop 10 small spoonfuls of pistachio cream onto baking paper and freeze for at least 1 hour. Cream the butter, then add the sugar and mix until smooth. Add vanilla and salt. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix with a spatula. Add the chocolate chunks and mix just until combined. Cover and chill the dough for at least 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces. Roll each into a ball and flatten into a circle. Place frozen pistachio cream in the center, fold the dough around it, and seal. Arrange on a tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 160°C (fan) for 11 minutes. Let cool slightly before moving.
