I absolutely love reading your loving and supportive comments, It warns my heart to know that I my videos are helpful to you! 🥰 I'll see you soon on next video! 🙏 1- Turmeric dry tea mixture; I keep this handy and make tea every morning. 2/3 cup dried Turmeric 3 Tbsp dried ground ginger 3 Tbsp ground cinnamon 3 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper Mix and keep in an air tight container. The next 4 drinks are made with this mixture. 2- Turmeric tea 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of turmeric dried mix (recipe 1 above) 10 to 12 oz hot water for a delicious warming tea 3 -Turmeric tea tonic 2 cups water 1 lemon 1 1/2 to 2 tsp dry mixture (recipe 1 above) 2 teaspoons honey or stevia etc... 4- Ice golden late 2 tbsp Cashews 1 cup of water 1 to 2 tsp turmeric dry mix (recipe 1 above) Sweetener of choice Stevia or 1 Tbsp maple syrup, agave, honey etc... Serve over ice, Garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg 5 - Easy Golden milk 1 cup milk of choice 1 tsp turmeric dry mixture (recipe 1 above) 1/4 tsp coconut oil or butter/ghee 1 Tbsp maple syrup, agave, honey, Stevia etc... Garnish with cinnamon, cardamom nutmeg.... 6- Ginger shots 1 cup chopped ginger root 1 cup lemon juice 1 cup coconut water 1/8 to 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or to taste 7- Blueberry smoothie 2 cups nut milk or coconut water 12 cashew nuts 2 cups frozen blueberries 1 frozen banana 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds (optional) 1 lemon Cardamom and cinnamon to taste 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or protein powder of choice 8- Beet juice 1 red beet 2 apples or 1 cup red grapes 3 carrots 1 lime or lemon 1 orange or 4 tangerines 2-inches fresh ginger 1 cup coconut water 9- Green juice 1 cucumber 1 cup coconut water 3 stalks celery 5 leaves kale or 2 cups spinach 1" to 2" fresh ginger 3 lime 2 apples 10- Yellow juice 1 cup nut milk 1 4 tangerines or orange 1 carrot 2 cups frozen pineapple 1 banana 1 inch turmeric 1 inch fresh ginger 1 lemon
