Prepare yourself for a great little adventure. This is only a short hike that most people should be able to complete if they have a sense of adventure. In this video, I show you how to find the hidden tunnels that take you under the railway tracks and to the stunning Bells Falls. This is only a short hike, but it requires you to be a confident hiker with good balance, as you will be required to cross the river balancing over rocks. I absolutely love Bells Falls, especially this time of year when there is enough rainfall to support the river. Bells Falls is also close to Bells Rapids, so you can visit that spot also and enjoy the Avon River at the same time. The best time to hike the Avon River Region and see Bells Falls and Bells Rapids is from July through to September when the river is at its highest point.
