Harristown EW’s are now in service! | Observations & ride onboard EW232 (252-D-26079) on route 27B

Hi all! Here we have a different style of video today which includes observations aswell as the bus journey instead of the usual raw and unedited journeys that are usually uploaded daily on the channel, however after many months undergoing testing (just short of a year now), this morning the Harristown EW’s have finally entered passenger service, making their debut on route 27B. EW232, 234, 252 and 255 were noted out on the route today with possibly one or two more yet to be seen. Other buses featured in the video were the AX’s that were also allocated to the 27B today, making for an interesting mix of the eldest and newest of Harristown’s fleet on the one route at the same time! The 2025 batch of EW’s are not much different to the 2023/24 batch, however notable differences are that there is extra sensors at the front of the bus, and that every seat features 1 USB-C socket aswell as 1 USB-A socket instead of just 2 USB-A’s like the 2023/24 batch.
