Before joining the Thunderbirds, Michelle was a combat-proven fighter pilot, completing missions across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. As the Lead Solo for the Thunderbirds, she realized that while flying was thrilling, her true calling was motivating others to conquer fear, embrace self-doubt, and pursue their biggest dreams. After transitioning out of the military, Michelle founded Upside Down Dreams, a company dedicated to empowering people of all ages to build confidence and resilience through storytelling and mindset work.
