This is a single 4-hour running mix built to complete a full marathon. The tempo is locked at 180 BPM from start to finish. I’ll also upload a 175 BPM version as audio-only. Honestly, once I’m past three hours, I never know if I’ll keep running, slow down, or end up walking for a bit or a lot... From 4:00:00 onward, it’s less a song and more a scream. It usually takes me at least four hours to finish a full marathon, so this mix is shaped around that time and pace. I injured my knee on icy roads recently, so I haven’t been able to test this mix end to end yet. The first and last roughly 30 minutes are brand-new tracks. The long middle section is rebuilt from tracks I made over the past year, remade and adjusted to fit a single continuous flow. I tried to capture the full range of emotions that come up during four hours of running — focus, drifting, enjoyment, irritation, emptiness, and the kind of energy you need to keep moving when thinking shuts down. Sometimes the lyrics comfort me. Sometimes they hype me up. Sometimes they push harder than I’d like. Sometimes they’re just loud and chaotic. I need all of it.
