The Clone Wars have ended and a new power arises and takes over the galaxy. The Jedi Order has been nearly destroyed, and the emperor rules the galaxy with an iron fist with his apprentice, Darth Vader, by his side. However, a small band of Jedi survivors along with a band of rebels and have stationed themselves on the planet Khofar hoping to someday overthrow the empire. The emperor sends a legion of clone troopers to wipe out the Jedi and rebels. Unaware to the Jedi, the lead attacker is no simple soldier, but the ferocious Sith Lord, Darth Vader.
