KABELSCHLEPP India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP GmbH and a group company of TSUBAKIMOTO CHAIN CO., opens new plant in Doddaballapur, Bangalore on August 1, 2025, the time had come. After meticulous planning, the grand opening of the brand-new plant of Kabelschlepp India Pvt. Ltd. in the industrial area of Doddaballapura, Bengaluru, was celebrated in the presence of numerous guests, in a colorful and grand style typical of Indian culture. The celebration began with a traditional Dollukunita (drum dance) to welcome the invited guests, followed by the cutting of the ribbon and the unveiling of the cornerstone. The main speakers on this day were Mr. Takatoshi Kimura (President & Representative Director, COO of TSUBAKIMOTO CHAIN CO), Mr. Henning Preis (President & CEO of TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP GmbH), and Mr. Srinivas KP (Managing Director of Kabelschlepp India Pvt. Ltd.) In his speech, Takatoshi Kimura emphasized TSUBAKI's presence in the whole, India praised the development of KABELSCHLEPP India and warmly welcomed it as an integral part of the TSUBAKI Group. In his speech, Henning Preis made it clear how proud he is of what has been achieved so far and that the companies will continue to grow under the shared vision of ONE TSUBAKI. He also emphasized the important role of India in the context of the global growth strategy. Srinivas KP left a lasting impression on his audience in his speech through an exciting story that highlighted the close connection between suppliers, customers, and the company. Covering an area of approximately 3,000 square meters, the new building in the Doddaballapur industrial area now unites the two business sectors, cable carrier systems and conveyors and protective covers (CAPS), under one roof. This step has led to increased efficiency and collaboration. The move to Doddaballapura is an important milestone for Kabelschlepp India, emphasizing however, to fully meet the growth and ambition of the Indian subsidiary and future market opportunities. Kabelschlepp India has been a subsidiary of TSUBAKI Kabelschlepp GmbH, the inventor of the energy chain, since 2006, and was incorporated into the TSUBAKI Group in 2010 through the acquisition of TSUBAKI Kabelschlepp. Following the ceremonial opening of the new plant, international guests celebrated in the evening together with employees and their families at the Kabelschlepp Family Day with delicious food and drinks, as well as lots of fun for young and old.
