New COVID strain scare in Delhi, Mumbai & Chennai; 5 UK returnees test COVID positive

It is reported that 5 out of 166 passengers and crew members of a flight that arrived at the Delhi Airport from London last night have tested positive for Coronavirus. It is not tested if they have been infected with the new strain but their samples have been sent to NCDC for research and have been sent to care centres. It is also reported that an individual tested positive in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The person who arrived from London via Delhi had tested positive. The passenger was under institutional quarantine.
