SSF2 MODS: DIO (Stardust Crusaders) release (mod)

It's finally here! Our Lord DIO has arrived to cause havoc in SSF2. His moveset is mostly based on JUS with some stuff inspired from Heritage for the Future, All-Star Battle and Eyes of Heaven. His playstyle features a Normal and Stand Mode. In Normal mode he mostly uses his vampiric powers and in Stand Mode, The World does most stuff for him. The Timestop and Road Roller are a bit buggy, but there will be most likely patches and fixes coming up for it later on, but as if right now I wanted to release the character. I tried several methods to make it work, but the way it is it's still superior to the one I did for Black Mage. There two version with two categories: One over Son Goku and one over MegaMan and the two categories are the normal and the "timestop taunt" version. I made the last one, because it was requested by a few people that they would like to mess around with the ability so I included one like that, but yet again I have to say it's not perfect.
