+++ tabs and score available +++ please send mail to "ggemg2@gmail.com" +++ +++ for more fingerstyle guitar music please visit "www.gerhardgschossmann.de" +++ Hi friends of fingerstyle guitar music, this is my fingerstyle solo guitar arrangement of one of the most famous ragtimes "The Entertainer", written by Scott Joplin in 1902. After "Maple Leaf Rag" from 1899 this is one more of Jaoplins best known Ragtimes. There are many guitar or instrumental versions that reduce the melody to only one note. The original piano score shows that the main parts of the melody are played in octaves plus 3th or 6th of the chords - what brings in the full harmony of this piece. 1998/1999 when I made this arrangement, I tried to get these 3th and 6th - to be closely to the original piano version. It´s more work o the guitar - but it´s woth it getting a fuller sound. Hope you like it greetings from Germany Gerhard
