AGIE CHARMILLES CUT X 350 – first in Poland - installation at the customer's site

We have delivered to our client the state-of-the-art AgieCharmilles CUT X 350 wire EDM machine! Check it out on https://www.gfms.com/com/en.html This is the first such machine in Poland! What makes it stand out? First of all, it has a modern Uniqua control and a cableless IPG-DPS generator, which translates into shortening the length of cables and lowering the impedance of the entire system. The CUT X 350 is also equipped with a 5-axis anti-collision system and a completely new wire guide system - with an automatic changer, Twin Wire technology, and open and closed guides produced on 3D printers. And most importantly, it provides very high positioning accuracy of ± 1µm! We are convinced that the new machine will enable our customer, Bartmex company (https://bartmex.com.pl/), to implement even the most complex projects.
