How to make a Spanish COFFEE cocktail with FIRE! 🔥 . This coffee cocktail is similar to an Irish coffee in application and appearance but there are some big differences. Instead of whiskey, we are using Rum and Coffee liqueur as our spirits. We also add a little touch of orange liqueur. But the thing that sets this coffee drink aside is the caramelized sugar rim! Firs we rim the glass with sugar and then we light some overproofed rum on fire and let the fire melt the sugar! No doubt this is dangerous but it is impressive to see!
