Shadow was an amazing rat... she was cuddly, intelligent, and friendly. Throughout her life, Shadow never once tried to bite, no matter how much pain she was in. Shadow truly was the perfect pet, and words can't express how much I miss her. But I wanted this video to be happy, not sad. Shadow lived her life with joy, and she got the end she deserved. I still don't know exactly the cause of her death (waiting for necropsy results), but for now, I'm content in knowing that Shadow died peacefully, resting in my lap.
