Ingredients: 1 cup sprouted moong (green gram) 1/4 cup panner , small cubes 1/4 cup tomato, chopped 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup carrot, grated 1/2 cup green and red pepper 1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped 1 green chili, finely chopped 1/4 cup roasted peanuts 11/2 of lemon juice ½ teaspoon cumin powder Salt to taste Pepper to taste Instructions: Soak 1/3 cup of moong beans in water overnight. Drain and rinse, in a warm place for 1 days until they sprout. In a large bowl, combine the sprouted moong Add chopped onion Add chopped tomato Add green and red pepper Add chopped coriander leaves Add roasted peanuts Add green chili Add Squeeze fresh lemon juice Add cumin powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss everything gently Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
