BCPC invites you to be changed FOR GOOD in this exciting behind-the-scenes conversation with the WICKED post-production team! FEATURING Myron Kerstein, ACE (Editor) Ed Marsh (VFX Editor) Jack Dolman (Lead Music Editor) MYRON KERSTEIN, ACE (Editor) is the Oscar Nominated and ACE Eddie Award winning film and TV editor, producer, and director. His most recent notable film credits include Lin-Manuel Miranda’s tick, tick…BOOM!, as well as Miranda’s and Jon M. Chu’s film production of In The Heights. Additionally, he is known for his work on the box office hit, Crazy Rich Asians, and the Sundance success Garden State. Wicked and Wicked: For Good are Myron’s fifth and sixth collaboration with Jon M. Chu. JACK DOLMAN (Lead Music Editor) was born in Toronto, Canada and raised in Los Angeles, California. He was the Supervising Music Editor on Wicked, where he has collaborated closely with director Jon M. Chu, composer Stephen Schwartz, and again with producer Marc Platt. The project, an utter tour-de-force, stars the sublime Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, and was met by critical acclaim and record-breaking box office success. It also garnered Jack his first Academy Award nomination, for Best Sound at the 2025 Oscars. He is currently finishing up work on the epic conclusion, Wicked: For Good, which Universal will release in theaters on November 21. Jack lives with his wife and daughter in Los Angeles. ED W. MARSH (VFX Editor) For the last few years, Ed’s primary focus has been on VFX Editing, a role which combines his editorial and VFX experience, liaising between the two departments and facilitating changes, early temps, changes, new ideas, changes, compromises, and successes the work entails. (Did we mention changes?) His four decades of film experience and affable nature allow him to collaborate well with filmmakers in their shared quest to find the best possible expression of story through images. Ed particularly valued his collaboration with editor Myron Kerstein, visual effects supervisor Pablo Hellman and director Jon M. Chu on both Wicked and Wicked: For Good in part because visual effects could be used effectively to not only create the world of Oz, but also to clarify and advance critical story points, affecting the audience’s reactions to events at both a visceral and emotional level. Ed lives in Los Angeles with his wife.
