Big Step for Nutrition in Zambia! | Nyamuka Advocacy Campaign Launch 🇿🇲🌱

Zambia is rising up in the fight against maternal and child malnutrition! 🇿🇲✨ The Nyamuka Advocacy Campaign has officially launched in Monze District, and thanks to support from the EU and SUN II programme, life-saving health and nutrition commodities have been distributed. 🚛 Flag-off of essential supplies 👩🏾‍🍼 MMS supplements for pregnant women 🍼 Micronutrient powders for children 🥣 Therapeutic food for severe malnutrition 🔍 Early detection and screening efforts 🤱🏾 Support for exclusive breastfeeding The event was graced by top leaders, including: 🗣️ Dr. Kennedy Lishimpi (Ministry of Health Zambia) 🌍 Dr. Nejmudin Kedir Bilal (UNICEF Zambia) 🍲 Dr. Muntanga Mapani (NFNC Zambia) Nyamuka—meaning “Rise!”—is more than a campaign.
