They’re cheesy, aromatic, and so easy to make - perfect with your favorite sauce or just fresh from the pan. 📝 Ingredients: 1. 1 medium zucchini 2. 50g grated hard cheese 3. 1.5 tbsp flour 4. 40g sunflower oil 5. 1 clove garlic 6. 1 tsp salt 7. 1/2tsp pepper 8. 1 tsp sweet paprika 9. 1 tsp Provençal herbs 👩🍳 Recipe: 1️⃣ Peel the zucchini and grate it into a deep bowl. 2️⃣ Add salt, pepper, sweet paprika, and Provençal herbs. Mix well. 3️⃣ Chop the garlic, then add it along with the flour and cheese. 4️⃣ Mix again.
