How To Remove A Laptop Hard Drive (Step-By-Step Tutorial)

In this video, I show you how to remove a laptop hard drive. It is a step by step tutorial, and I outline all of the instructions as clearly as possible. You basically have to remove the back panel of the laptop, locate the hard drive. Once you have located it, you can remove the screws or spacer that is holding it in place, slide the hard drive away from the connector, and remove it from the laptop case! It's also important to fully remove the battery, disconnect the laptop from it's power supply, and press the power button for a few seconds to fully discharge any remaining power from the laptop's battery (all of this should be done before you actually start working on the internals of the laptop).
