Explosive, Hex-Bar Deadlifts with a slow tempo on the way down (I started doing these with a jump and definitely would NOT recommend it. If you're going to do 'em, remove the jump, but I would scratch them altogether unless you're an absolute beast.) 3. Plyometrics: Circuit 1: 2x10 pogos 2x10 bound jumps 2x10 (5 each leg) jumping lunges Circuit 2: 2x10 box jump 2x10 (10 each leg) single-leg box jump 2x10 Dumbbell squat jumps Circuit 3: 2x10 skips 2x10 Lateral jumps 2x10 Max effort jumps 4. Core Circuit (Followed Athlean-X's Program for 30 Days. Video here: • I Did Athlean X's Viral Abs Workout for 30... ) 5. Light Cardio (did this video while cutting weight.
