This homebrew model is a testament to one persons dedication to the hobby and craftsmanship. The composite Funray is basically identical to the original foam model, however it is much stiffer and more durable. Construction is fully molder fiberglass, carbon fiber and epoxy resin. It features robust carbon rods for main wing and elevator joiners with steel alignment pins. There is a molded cockpit pan which can be combined with the original clear canopy ( not included) if you would like that look. Otherwise a high gloss carbon canopy is included. This model is a builders kit, it does not include any hardware, control horns, pushrods, etc. Recommended for experienced builders. You will have to figure out your own control horn and servo installation in the wing as well as the tail. No wiring or electronics are included. The composite Funray is best suited for the slope or sport flying on a flat field if you want to perform some wild aerobatics!
