Let You be the mountain where we run. When the floodwaters rise and the enemy pursues, be our high place, our refuge, our safety above the storm. Our feet grow tired, Lord, and we cannot outrun our problems on our own strength. But You are the mountain—and when we run to You, we are lifted above it all. Let You be the fountain we drink from. We have tried so many other wells—success, approval, comfort, control—and every time we've come up thirsty. But those who drink the water You give will never thirst again. Satisfy us this morning with Your living water. Quench the deep places that nothing else can fill. Let You be the shadow where we hide. The enemy is looking for us, Lord. Accusations fly. Shame whispers. Fear shouts. But in the shadow of Your wings, we are hidden. Covered. Safe. Not because we're invisible, but because we're Yours. Let You be the ransom for our lives. We were slaves to sin, prisoners of death, captives of our own making. And You paid the price—not with gold or silver, but with Your precious blood. You bought us back. We are not our own; we were bought at a price. And we are Yours forever. Let You be the wind inside our sails. When we have no strength to move forward, carry us. When we're becalmed in seasons of waiting, breathe into our sails and move us toward Your purposes. Not by our might, nor by our power, but by Your Spirit. Let You be the anchor in our waves. The storms of life rage—sickness, loss, disappointment, uncertainty. But we have an anchor for our souls, firm and secure. It reaches behind the veil, where You have gone before us. Hold us steady when everything else is tossed about. Let You be the fire inside our veins. Not a consuming fire of judgment, but a refining fire of passion. Burn away the apathy. Burn away the fear. Leave only love for You, burning bright and never fading. Let You be the echo of our days. When our lives are over and our voices are silent, let the echo of what we lived for be You. Let every word we spoke, every choice we made, every love we gave—echo Your name into eternity. You are good. Not because our circumstances are good. Not because we feel good. But because You are good. Your goodness is not dependent on our perception of it. It is woven into the fabric of Your character, unchanging, unshakeable, eternal. You're never gonna let us down. We've been let down by people. We've been let down by plans. We've been let down by our own hearts. But You—never. Not once in all of history have You failed. Not once in our own lives have You abandoned. And You will not start now. So today, we declare: You are the King of our hearts. And You are good.
