Nicole is also an actor, director, and producer who began acting in childhood. With her breakthrough role in Tatort, Nicole has also starred in Deadwood, Succession, and numerous leading roles in theatre productions globally. With the couple often sharing the stage, their latest performance, The Score, is currently lighting up the West End—and it’s not one to miss. To start, Nick shakes up their go-to cocktail—a frozen margarita—while Angela prepares roast trout with soy, orange, and chilli, inspired by a Waitrose sweet and spicy salmon recipe. The experts at Waitrose pair this with an English white wine, Chapel Down Bacchus. Arguably, the Dish studio might just be the ultimate stage warm-up for Brian and Nicole.
