Ingredients (Orange Loaf Cake): 1 cup sugar (200 grams) Zest of 1 orange 3 eggs 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/3 cup sunflower oil (75 grams or 80 ml) 1/2 cup orange juice (120 ml) 1/2 cup plain yogurt (120 grams) 2 cups all-purpose flour (250 grams) 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 tsp salt Cake Pan Size: 22 x 13 x 7 cm (9 x 5 inch) Baking Time: 60-70 minutes at 350°F (180°C) in a preheated oven --- Prepare the Batter: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease or line a loaf pan (22 x 13 x 7 cm) with parchment paper. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of sugar and the zest of 1 orange.
