Disclaimer: Boring Video. Someone had asked me how to disable Avira Free Antivirus through control center. This video is with regards to the version of Avira I downloaded on 10/16/2013. To disable avira from the control center..: 1) Open the Control Center. 2) Make sure you are on the "Status" window.. at the top left you can click on "Status". 3) You can disable PC and Internet Protection by doing the following: 3.1) For Real Time Protection, left mouse click next to the green button. 3.2) For Firewall, left mouse click next to the green button. 3.3) For Web Protection, left mouse click next to the green button. ** NOTE to re-enable the settings you can just press the "Fix Problem" button at the top.
