Prince Andrew told Jeffrey Epstein “we are in this together” in a February 2011 email, three months after he claimed to have cut ties with the convicted sex offender. The message, sent a day after the photo of Andrew with Virginia Giuffre was published, contradicts his 2019 Newsnight claim that he ended contact in December 2010. In other news, Lostprophets frontman Ian Watkins, 48, has died after being attacked at HMP Wakefield, police confirmed. Two men, aged 25 and 43, have been arrested on suspicion of murder. Watkins was serving a 29-year sentence for child sex offences, including the attempted rape of a baby.
