At a point i build Iron Mines and i realise Lancelot cannot build them himself this mission, so i delete them, which promtly reminds me that 2 estates i won have mines and pitch. See here is the thing, Estates make their stuff automatically, but only sometimes do they have manually set resources. In this case those Estates are preset to build such buildings so even though Lancelot directly does not make them, he could also make use of them if he captured the estate. Unfortunately this is a big gray area, in Crusader there is nothing of sorts like this so i did not have to think about 'rule breaking' when it comes to what AI can and cannot use. In case of pre set estates i might keep it as it is but auto sell the resources, while for non preset ones ill set them to something AI can produce.
