This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. * Your subscription fee includes the personal styling of your box shipping directly to your door & a return label for the items you choose not to keep upon request. *You will receive up to five items per box *I f you wish to cancel your monthly subscription you must make Piccolo Boutique LLC aware ten days prior to your next box. Cancellation must be sent via e-mail. ( [email protected]) * Your box will be mailed out three days after your monthly charge is made. * Once your package is received you have three days to try on the items & submit your request for a return label for items you wish not to keep. * If you do not ship out these items within two days of receiving the label you will be charged for all items in the box, NO discount will be applied. Any items that come back damaged will be charged at full price. Discount Tier goes as follows: 1 item – no discount 2 items – 10% 3 items – 15% 4-5 items (entire box) – 20% * This discount tier is ONLY redeemable to items that you receive with our monthly subscription.
