You can eat them as they are, make pasta sauce with them or perfect taco filling. I usually serve them with mashed potatoes or grits. Here are the ingredients: 8 English Cut Short Ribs Rub: ¼ cup of brown sugar 2 Tbs sweet smoked paprika 2 Tablespoons garlic salt 1 Tablespoon dry mustard 3 Tbs freshly grated black pepper Sofrito ½ cup of chopped celery ½ cup of chopped carrots 1 medium onion chopped Additions: 1 large can of purred tomatoes 2 cups of dried porcini, soaked in hot water and drained 1 Can of Guinness *Here is the link to purchase the porcinis : https://amzn.to/2ZOOJIn Follow the directions on this short video *Note You can do this same recipe in a Dutch Oven, you may need to add more liquid and cook for 3 hours on 300 degrees.
