Whole Process Consists of Following Steps: 1) PU FOAM SEAT CORE MAKING: For Making Pu Foam Seat Core, Two Chemicals are involved, First one is Called Cold Cure Soft Polyether Flexible Polyol which has white Color, Second Chemical is Called Isocyanate ( ISO ), which is also Called Harder. Isocyanate Chemical name is Diisomethane Diisocyanate. It is available in Dark Brown Shade. This System is Called Cold Cure Soft Flexible Polyether Polyurethane Foam System which is Especially recommend for making Honda Foam Seat Cores. This system is Self Cureable within 5 Minutes. Polyol is basically Acrylic Chemical, When reacts with Isocyanate at room temperature, the resulting Product is Called Polyurethane. Fiberglass Mold is used for Making Pu Foam Seat Core, Mold is heated at 30-35c with blower. Release Wax is applied inside mold for easy demolding. Polyol & Isocyanate mixing Ratio is 100/78. Weight both Chemicals In a Steel Bowl & mix with Stirrer for 3 Seconds, Then Pour this mixed Chemical into Fiberglass Seat Mold & locked the Mold . After 5 Minutes, mold is opened & demold the required pu foam Seat Core. 2) Second Process is Called Cushioning: in this process, First Mark the Leather with required pattren, Cut the Leather & Stitched. Finally Wrapped this leather Cushion on this Flexible Soft Foam Seat Core. Thanks for Watching ...
