We figured it was way overdue to have a good day, like old times, at the Camarillo Skatepark without helmets, rules, and hours. So, we organized a huge group of skaters to join in and skate to the skatepark and rush it for the day, but our efforts were useless, thanks to the Camarillo Police force and Parks and Recreation district. Anger resulting from their actions prompted us to stop traffic on the way to spots and prove a point the harder way, even after I warned the police that this would happen. This is just another step on the way to reclaiming our skatepark, even though the city seems to think it's the first.
