हनुमान जन्म कथा हनुमान जी की यह कथा अवश्य सुनें हर वक़्त हनुमान जी आपकी सभी संकटों से रक्षा करेगें जैसे ही इंद्रदेव ऐरावत पर सवार होकर घटनास्थल पर पहुँचे, उन्होंने देखा कि वायुपुत्र हनुमानजी सूर्य के समीप खेल रहे हैं और राहु को अपनी मुट्ठी में कसकर पकड़े हुए हैं। इंद्रदेव ने यह दृश्य देखकर अपने वज्र को उठाया और हनुमानजी पर प्रहार कर दिया। वज्र के प्रहार से #हनुमान जी गिर पड़े और उनके जबड़े पर चोट लग गई। वायुदेव अपने पुत्र की यह स्थिति देखकर अत्यंत क्रोधित हो गए। उन्होंने तुरंत संपूर्ण संसार में वायु का प्रवाह रोक दिया। संसार में त्राहि-त्राहि मच गई। देवता, मुनि और सभी प्राणी वायु के बिना कष्ट से व्याकुल हो उठे। वे सभी ब्रह्माजी के पास गए और उनसे वायुदेव को शांत करने का उपाय पूछा। ब्रह्माजी ने वायुदेव को शांत करने के लिए सभी देवताओं के साथ जाकर हनुमानजी को आशीर्वाद दिया और उन्हें अमरता का वरदान दिया। उन्होंने कहा, "यह बालक अतुलनीय पराक्रम और बुद्धिमत्ता से युक्त होगा। इसे कोई शस्त्र, देवता, राक्षस, या कोई अन्य प्राणी कभी पराजित नहीं कर सकेगा।" वायुदेव अपने पुत्र के इस सम्मान और आशीर्वाद से प्रसन्न होकर शांत हो गए और पुनः वायु का प्रवाह सामान्य कर दिया। हनुमानजी के जबड़े पर लगी चोट के कारण उनका नाम "हनुमान" पड़ा, जिसका अर्थ होता है "टूटा हुआ जबड़ा।" इस प्रकार, हनुमानजी को अतुलनीय शक्ति और बुद्धि का वरदान प्राप्त हुआ और वे भगवान राम के परम भक्त और उनके कार्य सिद्धि के लिए अमर बन गए। Hanuman Janm Katha Must listen to this story of Hanuman ji. Due to the injury on Hanuman's jaw, he was named "Hanuman", which means "broken jaw."
