Whether you’re cooking along or saving this for later, this is an easy pasta you’ll come back to. ⸻ Ingredients Pasta • Penne or fettuccine Proteins • Shrimp • Lobster • Chicken Vegetables • Green bell pepper • Red bell pepper • Onion • Garlic Dairy • Heavy cream • Butter • Parmesan cheese Seasonings • Jerk seasoning • Paprika • Additional spices to taste (optional) ⸻ Directions 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. Season shrimp and chicken with jerk seasoning and paprika. 3. In a skillet, heat butter and sauté the chicken until cooked through. Remove and set aside. 4. In the same pan, add shrimp and cook until just done. Remove and set aside. 5. Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic to the pan. Sauté until softened. 6. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer gently. 7. Add Parmesan and stir until smooth. 8. Return chicken, shrimp, and lobster to the pan. 9. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix until everything is coated. 10. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
